To our valued clients,

In these uncertain times, we often find ourselves in introspection, reflecting and looking at our own values; individually and as a team.

We are very pleased with this morning’s announcement of an 82 Billion dollar aid package from the federal government intended to ‘bridge’ us over to better times. We have included a link below to CTV News that lists all the current programs and as things evolve we are reassured to know that there will be enhancements.

We encourage you all to dig deep, persevere, remain calm, and plan ahead as much as possible. Know that we are all in this together, that we are all doing the best we can and that no matter how tough this is; this too will pass. How we rally together, take care of each other, support each other, and be there for each other, is how we will come out of this stronger together.

During this evolving health situation, the safety of our team members, clients, and families is our main priority. We believe we must all do our part to reduce the speed at which the virus speads, giving our Healthcare Heros on the frontlines the respect and time they need to save lives. As a result, we will be closing our doors to the public effective March 19th, 2020.

Although we consult and we put into place health and medical benefits we are not healthcare professionals and they are the ones providing the best advice on how to deal with this immediate threat. Let’s have faith in what they are telling us.

We remain dedicated to providing you with our support through these unprecedented times as we transition into working remotely. As many of you may already know, directives and changes to protocols are occurring daily. As a result, we will do our upmost to protect and keep our clients informed through these temporary times.

These supports will help with natural worries such as contracting the virus, loved ones (especially older people or those with compromised immune systems) getting sick, losing income, figuring out child care, concerns about employees and clients and feeling socially isolated or not having enough groceries or other household provisions.

We are here to help whether it’s with wealth, insurance, healthcare programs and travel. Please contact us if we can assist you, your family, or your employees. We will continue to carry the insurmountable human spirit through these times, and encourage you do the same. Together we will persevere.

Sincerely,

The Cooper Financial Group & Integrated Benefit Solutions Family
