Carol is a native of Victoria. Her life has been filled with many challenges and satisfying accomplishments and she has been blessed with a wonderful family and many great friends.After 16 years with Canada Safeway, Carol was recruited to the insurance industry and through ambition and hard work, obtained her CFP, CHS and CLU designations. In 2012, Carol completed her Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA) designation with a focus on offering specialized assistance to our maturing clients.

After completing her Canadian Securities Course in Calgary, Diane relocated to Victoria from Calgary to be close to the ocean and to enjoy the arts and culture that is unique to our island. Her successful background encompasses the complete customer service experience. Diane is able to provide outstanding customer service by virtue of her experience in managing finances, people and projects for several organizations including Royal Roads University. Diane is committed to enriching the lives of individuals, families and business owners through investment and insurance solutions that give them financial freedom and security. She is a licensed insurance agent with a Canadian Securities Course designation.

Diane is passionate about the arts, outdoor activities, spending time with friends and family. Her community commitments include supporting local women in transition as Community Liaison with the local charity, Wear2Start and as a volunteer with The Township Community Arts Council here in Esquimalt.

Deborah Gresty

Deborah is responsible for managing group accounts and helping plan administrators navigate the sometimes complicated world of group benefits. She also specializes in selling Travel insurance, Visitors to Canada and Super Visas to local and international visitors. Born and raised in The Lower Mainland, Deborah enjoys all that our Beautiful Province has to offer. She moved to Victoria in 2009, and has quickly made it home for herself and her family, exploring everything that makes Victoria and Vancouver Island the best place to live.

Deborah has spent the majority of the past 20 years as a Licensed General Insurance Agent, working in various Offices with a focus on Travel Insurance Products and Personal Lines sales and service. Thanks to her experience, the transition into Group Benefits has been a smooth one and a great fit for Deborah. With a passion for Customer Service, she will always go above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. She is likely the first face you will see when you come into our office!

Ian Sanghara was born and raised in Victoria BC, and attended Oak Bay High. He recently obtained his Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management & Leadership, and also holds a diploma in marketing from Camosun.

Ian is passionate about improving workplace culture, and increasing organizational efficiency on a micro and macro level. Ian manages business development, human resources, and project management for both Integrated Benefit Solutions & Cooper Financial Group, where his outgoing personality and organizational passion gives him the drive to continually improve the client and employee experience for both companies.

When Ian isn’t at work you can find him working on his fitness, either in the gym, or on one of the beautiful local trails. He hopes to obtain his CPHR designation after the completion of his degree.

Naren has immigrated from India, and now calls Victoria, B.C home. He has been in the financial industry internationally for 11 years. His roles over this period of time have varied from Account Portfolio Manager, Business Analyst, Wealth Management Consultant, and Senior Management- Mutual Fund & Investments.

Naren enjoys building strong relationships, and helping other businesses find success through expertise, superior customer service, and superior product choices.

He currently holds an MBA in Finance from University of Pune. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying all the beauty Victoria has to offer.

Anisha Soni
Anisha SoniJunior Account Administrator

Anisha immigrated to Victoria, BC from India in 2018. She is currently in the process of completing a BSc in Health information Science at the University of Victoria.  Her previous roles include experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst and Customer Service Representative.

Anisha is a peoples person, she loves developing customer relations and providing excellent client service. She is experienced in data management and provides support to the team during the renewal process. She assists in resolving client concerns, maintaining spreadsheets, and records.

When she’s not at school or work, which is quite rare, you can catch Anisha shopping for plants, shoes, and things she doesn’t need! She also enjoys board games at the board game cafe
