Carol is a native of Victoria. Her life has been filled with many challenges and satisfying accomplishments and she has been blessed with a wonderful family and many great friends.After 16 years with Canada Safeway, Carol was recruited to the insurance industry and through ambition and hard work, obtained her CFP, CHS and CLU designations. In 2012, Carol completed her Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA) designation with a focus on offering specialized assistance to our maturing clients.

Diane is responsible for helping clients find the right solution for their business. After completing her Canadian Securities Course in Calgary, Diane relocated to Victoria from Calgary to be close to the ocean and to enjoy the arts and culture that is unique to our island. Diane is able to provide outstanding customer service by virtue of her experience in managing finances, people and projects for several organizations including Royal Roads University. Diane is passionate about the arts, outdoor activities, spending time with friends and family. Bond is responsible for helping clients find the perfect solution for their business. Born and raised in Victoria, Bond is third generation on the island. Bond has thrived in the self-employment world and found his calling in the financial industry as a financial consultant. He is a licensed broker with a background in Individual and Corporate insurance, Employee Benefits and an array of Investments. Bond understands the value of a strong and honest client-based relationship approach, grounded in his genuine care about his client’s well-being. Bond focuses on putting his client’s best interests first, and has a passion for helping families and business owners to achieve financial success.
When Bond isn’t in the office, he continues to build his knowledge and add value to his clients by enrolling in additional financial education. He enjoys taking breaks to play tennis.

Deborah is responsible for managing group accounts and helping plan administrators navigate the sometimes complicated world of group benefits. Born and raised in The Lower Mainland, Deborah enjoys all that our Beautiful Province has to offer. She moved to Victoria in 2009, and has quickly made it home for herself and her family, exploring everything that makes Victoria and Vancouver Island the best place to live.
Deborah has spent the majority of the past 20 years as a Licensed General Insurance Agent, working in various Offices with a focus on Travel Insurance Products and Personal Lines sales and service. Thanks to her experience, the transition into Group Benefits has been a smooth one and a great fit for Deborah. Christine is responsible for managing group accounts and helping plan administrators navigate the sometimes complicated world of group benefits. She forms trusting and loyal relationships with all her clients. Attending the University of Victoria for Accounting, Christine found she had an interest in numbers and people. She also obtained her Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA) designation from the Canadian Academy of Senior Advisors, Canada’s premier Academy training professionals about the changing needs of aging clients and customers. Community involvement is also close to Christine’s heart. She has served in the community as Treasurer & Director for several terms on the Chamber of Commerce, Oceanside Tourism Association, and the BCMCRA & Parksville Rotary. She volunteers with Seniors Entitlement Services to meet the key needs and issues concerning maturing Canadians in Victoria. Client education is key to Christine’s process. As an account manager, she ensures everyone with a plan is armed with the most up to date information!

Neil is responsible for providing strategic support in the day to day operations of the business as well as marketing and business development for Integrated Benefit Solutions. He earned his Diploma in Business Management & Finance from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and studied Organizational Behaviour and Business Ethics at the University of Lethbridge. After leaving school he spent many years as an integral part of one of Canada’s leading insurance companies. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Neil looks forward to fostering meaningful relationships with the business owners of Vancouver Island and their teams. A transplant from Calgary in 2015, Neil saw the collapse of the city’s economy on the horizon and made the serendipitous decision to move to Vancouver Island. There is no place like home and home is Vancouver Island for Neil. Neil loves dogs and exploring this beautiful island.
